WILDROOT is a tea house and massage studio in a small cabin at the edge of the forest in Girdwood. Come in for a pot of organic mushroom tea, stay for a quiet hour on the table.
The front room is a walk-in tea counter: house blends, a few baked things, and a corner to sit. Behind the curtain, licensed massage therapists work by appointment. Same cabin, two paces apart.
We keep the lights low and the music off. If you need a recovery day after the mountain, this is it.
Tea is served all day. Massage is by appointment. Dogs are welcome in the tea room, not in the treatment room.
