Common questions
When does membership run?
Membership is an annual subscription. It runs for a year from the day you join and renews on that same date each year unless you choose not to renew.
When will my business appear in the printed brochure?
The printed Map & Business Directory is finalized in the final quarter of the year. If you join on or after October 1, your business appears in the following year’s printed map and brochure. Your website listing goes live right away.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a $50 web listing design fee, waived for new members joining on an annual subscription. Contact the chamber to arrange your listing design.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and your business registration is completed during checkout.
Can I add advertising later?
Yes. Purchase additional advertising space on our printed brochures or website at any time in the Advertising Store.
How do I update my listing?
Your business information and page can be updated at any time on VisitGirdwood.com. Request an update and we’ll make your changes (please allow 7 to 10 days turnaround).
